The Study of Systém and Process optimization of Service operation

This thesis is oriented on the automotive industry with the focus on the domestic producer of the vehicles – the Škoda Auto Company. It describes the subject of business in the mentioned company and subsequently it refers to the current trends of the automotive market in the Czech Republic. On the basis of the analyses` results of the after-sales services allied with usage of the Škoda-products it will propose their possible future progression. Thereinafter will the thesis concentrate on the description of the existing after-sales processes focused on the „through-pass“ of the vehicle through the authorised Škoda Auto service. It deals with the analysis of the service systems in detail using the tight cohesion of them. Modern technologies used in the current vehicles put significantly higher demands on their maintenance, which call for the continual optimization of the service processes with the maximal utilisation effort of the feedback. The appropriate personnel have become the necessity. For these purposes it will be recommended the introduction of the electronic multipurpose memory devices intended for the data collection. In the next step will the after-sale-service process be described with the focus on the usage of these electronic memory vehicle-keys with the reference to the procedural simplification of the maintenance operations. The final part of the thesis will evaluate the general contribution of the proposed resolution for the service processes as well as their users.

Solution technology multiple groove guide pulley to circular saw.

The project developed within the bachelor's degree by the pulley multiple groove design of the technology for desktop performance circular saws. The design work is finished the production of components for the piece and batch production, the choice of the intermediate processing and description of manufacturing operations, including tools used for the single and series production, production design work for production and evaluation of the proposed variants of the production. This thesis has been developed on the basis of the theoretical knowledge gained while studying at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Brno and personal experiences.

Analysis of the typical flanged parts, constructional and functional appreciation of the single part, design of the semi-finished product and fastening of the semi-finished product, choice of machines, tools, gauges for individual operations and technological process design and time calculation of of individual operations. Economical appreciation deal with assesment of the number of machines and deal with their usage at the production, calculation of sizes process area and quantity of the workers. Final costs of tools are also solved.

Design and implementation of control applications capable to connect laboratory MES system

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to understand the ISA-95 standard and the manufacturing executing system (MES) based on this standard. Control application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is then created and applied on a school device model. The thesis explains the ISA-95 standard and its influence on MES. The division and functions of MES according to ISA-95 are further described and explained. The theoretical part, the application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is implemented on a drill model, simulating a segment of drilling. Structure of the software has been implemented in a way to correspond to the requirements given by MES and to be easily built upon.

This thesis deals with corporate database applications in SQL. The result should be applicable to business Iveta Šťastníková - production and distribution of toiletries, which is produced in dry goods. Primarily, should simplify operations such as stocking, invoicing, receipt and distribution of goods. First, we introduce the theoretical bases of work, and then move to the current state and the analysis itself. The result is a design solution that would meet the needs of the owner.

HW Acceleration of Network Unix Tools

In the world, there always appear faster technologies for network communication. Some network tools are not capable of working in high-speed, they are overloading system, therefore they are not able to fulfill their functions. They can not fully monitor the whole traffic and ensure secured services. Thesis analyses network tools, their operations and researches critical spaces for future hardware acceleration. In this context, it introduces effective hardware programming platforms. Using measurements, it evaluates the limits of the tools and mentions the possibilities of acceleration, which are suggested for another thesis.

Educational material for children before cardiac surgery

Quality education of children before hospitalization is an important factor in reducing their stress from hospitalization and hospital environment. This bachelor thesis on "Educational material for children before cardiac surgery" discusses in more detail about congenital heart defects and the effect of hospitalization on the child in the theoretical part. In the empirical part, the results of quantitative research, their evaluation and graphical processing in Microsoft Excel including statistical hypotheses are written. The research method was a questionnaire survey at the inpatient ward of the Children's Cardiac Centre of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine and Motol University Hospital. The aim of the study was to determine the quality of education of children before hospitalization by parents and on the basis of our own research and the preferences found to create a proposal of educational material for the given age group, which could be used for practice. As a result, the proposal came out in the form of a book with a story. This preferred educational material was chosen by more than half of the parents. The effect of physiotherapeutic procedures on cervical spine surgery.

Author: Bc. Veronika Valášková Title of the work: The effect of physiotherapeutic procedures on cervical spine surgery. Aim: The aim of my thesis is to give an overview of the physiotherapy treatment after surgery of herniated cervical intervertebral disc. Methods: This thesis is written as a review of literature sources. The thesis consists of three parts, the first of which highlights the issue of kinesiology, biomechanics, stability of the cervical spine, pathophysiology of a prolapsed spinal disc and imaging issues involved in the discovery of a the actual prolapse. The second part deals with the various surgical techniques and associated complications. The final theoretical part looks into physiotherapy treatment after the operation. I examine the chronology of physiotherapy after the operation, and ascertain if there is a necessity to apply a neck brace after the surgery. It is important to answer the question of when it is possible to return to work and when the patient can return to their original physical activities. The effect of physiotherapeutic intervention on the change in thigh muscle volume after LCA surgery.

Title: The effect of physiotherapeutic intervention on the change in thigh muscle volume after LCA surgery Objectives: The aim of this work is to evaluate the effect of targeted physiotherapy intervention in patients after anterior cruciate ligament surgery in relation to thigh muscle volume. Methods: Twenty probands participated in the research. The criteria for the selection of the probands were determined as follows: age, first surgery on the lower limbs and bone tendon bone (BTB) surgical approach. Probands were randomly divided into two groups of ten - research and control. The research group completed eight individual physiotherapy sessions, one of which lasted 45 minutes. In the 10th postoperative week, the probands were given additional device rehabilitation - Imoove. In total, this group completed nine physical therapy sessions over 9 weeks. The control group only had group exercise twice a week for 30 minutes. In total, this group completed eight group sessions over a period of 4 weeks. In addition to individual and group therapy, the probands underwent group exercise in the pool five times, magnetotherapy for the knee joint six times, and laser therapy for the scar six times.
